The plate, entitled "The Path of Glory," highlights Abdul-Jabbar's career, beginning with his playing days at UCLA to the NBA's Milwaukee Bucks, and ultimately to the Lakers.

The lithograph, entitled "The Record Setter," features the shot that made him the league's all-time leading scorer, the indefensible sky hook.

Not only does the lithograph feature Abdul-Jabbar in action, but includes the likeness of personalities who have either played with, or supported Kareem during his career.

Many of the individuals shown on the lithograph were included at Abdul-Jabbar's request and are depicted as faces in the crowd. Obtaining legal permission to use the likenesses of these 28 individuals represents one of the biggest undertakings in the history of fine-art sports collectibles!
